By accessing or using Guitarverse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Protect My Peace LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Guitarverse is an interactive music education web application offering three main features:
The Service is available in two tiers: Free (with limited features) and Pro (subscription-based with full features and cloud sync).
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You may also register using Google OAuth.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 may use the Service with parental supervision and consent.
Guitarverse Pro is available as:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after notification.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days.

All content, features, and functionality of Guitarverse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and code, are owned by Protect My Peace LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (e.g., custom drills, saved progressions). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE SERVICE MAY REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT PROCESSING POWER AND MAY CAUSE INCREASED CPU/GPU USAGE, BATTERY DRAIN, AND DEVICE HEATING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OVERHEATING, HARDWARE FAILURE, REDUCED BATTERY LIFE, OR ANY OTHER HARDWARE-RELATED ISSUES THAT MAY RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOUR DEVICE MEETS THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS AND IS ADEQUATELY COOLED AND MAINTAINED.
Guitarverse is an educational tool and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you experience discomfort while using the Service, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTECT MY PEACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protect My Peace LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
